Our main goal is to ensure that all of our guests have an exceptionnal stay with us. To do so, we've introduced some policies to ensure that all our customers can benefit from our services and that their expectations are me.
Policies and regulations regarding the restaurant
Please note that a reservation for our dining room is recommended at all times, however it is not mandatory.
Policies and regulations regarding the Inn/motel/cabins
Cancellation policy: To ensure quality service for all of our guests, Les Jardins Inn is asking a 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel your reservation. Otherwise, the cost of a night (plus tax) will be charged on the credit card used to guarantee your reservation. Please note that in certain cases, we require more than 48 hours notice, depending on room type and time of year.
Proprety damages: The object(s) or damage(s) will be charged on the credit card used to guarantee the room.
